Principal Physiotherapist Ben Wong graduated from the highly regarded University of Sydney School of Physiotherapy. Ben began his working career in private practice and was mentored by some of Sydney’s most experienced APA Sports Titled Physiotherapists in Miranda and Bondi before establishing Quay Fitness Physiotherapy.
Ben’s professional interests have led him to treat a broad range of clients from children through to on-field experience with various sporting teams, office and manual workers and the aged community.
Ben employs an evidence based treatment approach which relies on patient participation and a “hands-on” manual approach to ensure a quick return to health and minimal recurrence of injury. Ben uses video gait analysis and dry needling or western acupuncture to speed his patient’s recovery.
Ben’s interests include mountain biking, surfing, yoga, music, film and staying up to date in his profession.
Located in the Sydney CBD finance district of Circular Quay, Quay Fitness Physiotherapy was established during the summer of 2006.
